Our consultations are designed to map out your options, outline the risks involved with any potential pathways and advise you on the best way to move ahead. Best of all – if we outline a suitable visa option for you, and you enter into a service agreement with us within 2 weeks of your consultation, we will deduct $100 of the standard consultation fee* from the service agreement fee.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. However, if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your consultation time, you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will be happy reschedule your consultation at no charge.
All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $50.
